  • Monday: Gym - 5 minutes eliptical, lower body workuot, 30 minutes on treadmill.

  • Monday-- 10 minutes stretches, 37 minutes lower body, TBT.

    Got in my 3 mile video...I didn't even cheat...used the weights till the end.

    I got in 32 minutes on the treadmill. I was feeling really down on myself because I didn't walk very fast or far and was sweating like a pig...well, when I got off I found it was set at the highest incline so I'm pretty happy now..LOL

    Woo hoo feels like the old days. I was able to use the treadmill while I watched part of American Idol. 40 minutes at a faster speed with the incline LOWER this time...LOL I'm not ready for that big incline yet.

    Was able to get 40 minutes on the treadmill this afternoon. I was soaking wet. I don't know what it is about the treadmill versus walking outside but that thing kicks my hinney...in a good way..LOL

    Laurie you are doing so good. And so is everyone else. Keep up the good work ya'll.
