I've done WW four, maybe five times. While I still tend to weigh & measure certain things (a good habit for
any diet plan, don't you think?), I've relished the freedom from logging, journaling, counting, tracking, and all that other crap.
The other thing I'd say is to
LISTEN to your body!!! Eat slowly. Avoid eating in front of the TV when you can. I learned a trick a few months back that has been interesting. When you eat, there's invariably a point during your meal when, towards the end, you have this deep, satisfying "SSSSIIIIIIGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH" When that happens,
stop eating!! I used to think that was my body telling me, "You're almost full--but you can eat a little more if you want"--and that was on the rare occasion that I was actually paying attention to what my body was telling me! Now, I realize that that's one way our bodies tell us, "Enough! STOP! No more!"
Try it. Just pay attention.
