Tops Weekly Menu Thread

  • Well guys to start off my week right I am gonna post my menu daily, It seems to help me alot Feel free to join right in with me and we are gonna see results I just know it


    Heres today for me......

    B- 2 packets of apple cinamon oatmeal 380
    S- 1 serving unsweetened applesauce 50
    L- 1 grilled chicken breast-180
    1 bag of squash -75 (only 15 cal a serving)
    1 can greenbeans 110
    S- 1 popsicle bar (fat free) 70
    Supper- Small Wendys Chili 280
    1 packet crackers 50
    snack-
    unsweetened applesauce 50
    1 can unsweetened pears 150
    for a daily total of 1395 calories

    I think I will start a new one Monday too... I havent had the time to write it all on here this past week but this next one should be easier on me, My little girl has had an upper resperatory infection and is much better now... See ya next week !!
