I have a question.
I have read the SBD book and have scanned over it again looking for my answers. I more than likely missed it.Exactly how many grams of sugar, fat and carbs are we shooting for on a daily basis? I picked up the new book Dr. A put out and saw all these numbers and was thinking wow....thats high, or wow, that's low.......But what is the mark of average?
I hope this isn't a redundant question, and even if it is, please help me out!

The beauty of this diet is that you don't HAVE to count! Put it RIGHT out of your head, girl! There are no numbers to get anal about. Just eat the allowed foods and get on with your life!
