-- I avoided the hc, but succumbed to one small cup of minnestrone) I'm even having problems keeping on portion of my house comfortably warm. And ... I just can't get the water in. It's always been a problem drinking enough on weekends, but weekdays in the office were generally pretty easy.
I tried drinking warm water, but YUCK! I tried decaf tea, but I'm really not a tea drinker. For decaf coffee, I'd be required to go out, so I can't do that very often. Does boullion count or is that too high in sodium? Are there any warm beverages that count as water??!!?!?
I'm open to any ideas and suggestions you might have.
