Hey ladies, sorry to be MIA, but I don't have internet at my work and in the evenings since we haven't ntworked my CPU in yet, I have to compete for my BFs computer with his roomate.
I moved in with my BF, I started at a new gym, I would like to go this morning and get a quick workout in.
I went on a date with the BF last night, we went to dinner and then went and walked around Wal-Mart (for some really dumb reason, my BF and I love doing that, plus it was way too cold to take a walk outside). It was a really nice date. We have a roomate and he's pretty much always around so it was nice to take a breather. Let's just say I can't wait to buy a house.
Lisa: WELCOME BACK!!! Don't worry, being 10lbs up happens.. I am abou there right now myself... I guess the main thing is is to go back to the basics, use the tools and take it one day at a time. That's what I do... I am now bringing in to work, two baggies of cut up veggies and snacking on fruit and stuff to try to get my bad eating under control. I am also back at the gym. Also focus on how much you have accomplished, you've lost well over 80lbs, how many people can say that? I am sure people who haven't seen you in years can barely believe it's you. You've done such a great job!!!

Anyhoo, I had a fainting spell on Tuesday and had to go to the hospital since I hit my head on the floor... I was fine, but my blood sugar was low.... I am also getting a pap/ultrasound back on Monday... I am kind of worried that my doctor called me in for it. Apparently she thinks my uterus is enlarged so she sent me for an ultrasound... So Ali is kind of anxious.
