What works for me is drinking enough water, my body actually craves it now and I feel the weight loss with each trip to the bathroom, it also seems to help with PMS. Also, this site is a great help with support and tips!
My stumbling block has definitley been the holidays...I gained 6# from Thanksgiving to New Years, but now am back on track to make things right!


Amazing isn't it, even after 5 years of being a part of WW that we still can "veer" off the path. Thank goodness we know what to do to get back on the path.
And writing my planning meals the day before including points...that way there is no guessing
