Another Newbie

  • Hi everyone,

    I posted here one time before but I think it was the day the forum crashed.

    My doctor suggested I try SBD and I want to give it a go. I lost a lot of weight with WWs about 10 years ago but it's not working for me now. I need to lose 120 or so pounds.

    I picked up the newest SBD guide and I think I can do this although the first two weeks will be hard. I love fruit and no fat yogurt with fruit.

    During Phase I, I can't eat no-fat yogurt if it's got fruit in it?

    I'm sure glad that there is a support board for SBD and I'm glad to be here. Thanks, Ruth, for inviting me!

  • Welcome Irish..I am new also, will officially start SBD this Monday. Still reading the book, and need to plan some meals.

    I have alot of weight to lose too....my problem with this is going to be no Cokes, I guess I will have my last one on Sunday...how sad.

    Oh well, I wish you the best of luck! We will have to post how we are doing. Mauvoisreaux has some meal plans she has worked up with WW points. I am curious to see how they look. They might be helpful to you too......

  • Yoghurt, whether no-fat or not, is not allowed on Phase I. Sorry but you'll have to wait until Phase II.
