  • My starting weight is 133, and my goal is to get back down to 127.
  • I gained 7 lbs. from Thanksgiving until now!

    Weigh-in on Monday Jan.5th:

    Goal: To lose 10 lbs. by Valentine's Day!!
  • WI Sunday Jan 11-131 Down 2 lbs.
  • WTG SHELLEY on the 2 lbs!!! You go girl!!

    My weigh-in is in the morning & I dread it!
  • I need to post here....I have had an affair with chocolate this weekend. I did really well through the week. I lost 3 pounds. Now I need to keep it off and then some.
    There it is off my chest, now I can feel that I am done with that chocolate.
    I want to be slim more than I want chocolate.

    I am up 1 lb. Now I need to lose 11 lbs. instead of 10 for my Valentine's goal.

  • My weight for this week is 134.5!! Up 3.5 lbs!! I'm terrible!

    167 lbs.

    I gained another lb!!!! At this rate I'll never make my Valentine's goal Now I need to lose 12 lbs. for my goal.

    TODAY I will start journaling and eating within my points!
