I'm down 4 lbs this week. Made my sis weigh herself to check the scales, lol! Since this was my 1st week on my diet, it is probably all water weight, but it still feels good to have that smaller number. Hopefully I'll start losing fat REAL soon. Congrats to everyone else who lost, and hang in there to those who didnt!
Wow, Jen!! You are consistently losing lots of weight! How do you do it?? I'm with Lynnie -- I'd love to see pictures. I'm sure the change is dramatic!
