i am in phase two in SBD. i started in mid October and i have lost close to 35 pounds!!!!
i really enjoy sushi and i want to find out if the rice in sushi is ok to eat low carb,starch,sugar.)
sushi rice is different from other white rice, i think?!

I adore sushi too and have snuck in a few pieces on Phase 2. White rice is not allowed on Phase II but ...... this is a very forgiving eating plan.
not just white rice
The "sticky rice" used to make sushi usually contains sugar and vinegar to make those nice little rolls stick together. I'm in phase 2 now and dearly missing my sushi....I guess I could just ask for a big hunk of raw tuna....thats the good part anyways...
