Menu 11/14

  • B: 2 egg patties and 2 slices turkey bacon

    S: HB egg, diet soda

    L: 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 3 slices Healthy Choice Deli Turkey, String Cheese, 10 pistachios, diet soda

    S: Jello, String Cheese, water

    D: Steak with herb rub and SB mashed "Potatoes" (Cauliflower)
  • B. Once slcie Canadian bacon
    2 eggs water
    S.cheese stick
    L. 1/2 C Tuna salad on bed of lettuce and 1 HB egg.water
    S. 2carb Atkins chocolate bar. Atkins anwer to a Snickers.
    D. Smoked turkey sausage, saurkraut, salad, lima beans, lemon jello. That was what I was going to have last night, but my DH took me to Red Lobster and I had shrimp, scallops and crabmeat, salad, and steamed veggies. I did break down and have 1 biscuit. Lizzie
  • Let's see, what day is it??? I got home from work about 0830, Herb made us breakfast

    B: 2 over easy eggs, slice of sharp cheddar cheese, 2 fresh tomato slices, coffee and iced tea

    Then I went to bed until about 430pm.

    S: 1 HB egg, slice of LF farmers cheese

    S (again): 30 pistachios

    L:??? slept thru that one

    D: planning swordfish-broiled, spinach sauteed with onion and garlic, maybe some SBD "mock" mashed potatos (califlower)

    S: going out dancing, so I am planning my first "cheat", I am going to have 1 or 2 glasses of red wine. It is only 2 days before beginning phase 2, so I have rationalized that it is ok, especially since we will be dancing most of it off!!!
