Goals 101

  • I am trying really hard to get back on track and stick with it this time. SO I wanted to start small again and work my way back into this.

    So I am here, setting a small goal. If anyone wants to join in, feel free.

    #1 Goal = Not to eat after supper.

    GOAL #1
    To stay within my points this week and workout 3 times
  • I already have some goals I am working on and I do not want to add extra so I will use them

    1. My main goal is to not eat between meals. I eat 3 meals a day only.
    2. To use smaller plates. (I took all my regular size plates out of cabinet.I only have lunch plates in there now)
  • Setting small short term goals seem to work best for me. So

    Wk. starting Nov. 14, 2003

    1. I will not snack at night this week!

    2. I will make sure that I drink 64 oz. of water each day!

    3. Consentrate on losing 1 pound this week.
