Hi PJ! Good question! I chose option 2 - because I do that most of the time!! LOL But I don't always give in - I have gotten really good at saying "no thanks". Slowly but surely. Or I just avoid that situation at all costs. Pauls mom is a "food pusher" (she is italian - need I say more) and she will sit there and BUG the **** out of you to "eat more - you aren't having enough - you must be hungry" etc. I just smile and say "No thanks - I am full" - it was hard at first - but after 5 years its gotten ALOT easier. she might think I am weird for "not eating alot" but WHATEVER! Can't she see I eat enough? And she KNOWS I am trying to lose weight - so to me that is plain ignorant. But hey I just don't eat there too much and I am fine. LOL (actually I hardly EVER eat there - practically never!).
Anyone else??
Tara
