    I have a bunch of WW ones that could probably be adapted to SBD without too much trouble. It's about 100 pages so if you pm me your email I will send it to you. Or anyone else who wants it

    Most crockpot recipes need just minor adaptations to fit the SBD WOE. Just check the ingredients agains the Phase I or II list.
    If you do a Google search on the word crockpot, you'll come up with thousands of recipes!
    I'll snoop around on the boards and find some to copy into our SBD recipe file.

    Just copied in a Beef Stew and Ethiopian Chicken recipes from Low Carb. There are lots more if you do a search on crockpot in that forum. Have fun!
