Okay, I'll admit that I really can't survive on 20 pts a day.
so, I exercise at least 4 points a day and eat them, I'm not big on dipping into flex (halloween candy brain farts excluded), so
is it wrong to just assume that I am going to eat 4 pts a day for
24?
My work out routine is typically 40 mins of cardio (elliptical, jogging, ect. a day) and then some abs ect. and then a slooow walk with my pooch a night (30 mins) and lots of walking during the day. My exercise is pretty consistently 6 days a week.

First off remember that FlexPoints aren't extra points a week. W/W designed the program to work with our bodies my giving a minimum so we don't starve our bodies and a maximum amount that even allows us to use.
Second unless you journal your points daily for activity you may earn 5 one day and 3 another day. They cannot be banked under the FlexProgram and if you choose to use them you use them the day they are earned.
20 calories a day is approximately 1150 (fat and fiber not included so it may be a bit up or down) and not counting the calories allotted for freebies and free veggies (which is between 200-250 a day) [or about 8,050 a week]. And if you eat all your FlexPoints in a week that takes it up to (like stated before fat and fiber not included so it could be up a bit or down and doesn't include the freebie/free veggie calories) 10,500 [which averages out to about 1500 calories a day. Most nutritionists and registered dieticians state a woman should eat between 1200-1500 calories a day to lose depending on her activity level and Basic Metabolic Rate (BMR).
Don't be afriad to eat.
Can you carry over AP to the next day or do they have to be used that very day?
IIRC, Activity points have to be used that day. However, if you are running a 10 miler, I would think you could spread them out a few days.
