Boot Camp 11/4

  • OK ladies, listen up! I think that Sarge has left on her cruise. Although it is tempting to slack off while she's away, I think that she would be very disappointed in us if we didn't make an effort while she's gone. I do not have the wonderful way with words that Franny does, so I'll keep this short. (yeah, I know )

    Don't forget to post your exercise time here and I will keep track of our total time. Let's have something to show Sarge when she returns

    I had a very brisk two hour walk yesterday to and from my doctors appointment. I actually broke into a run on the way there... I was late. I got to the top of Parliament Hill and raced all the way down it.

    I am not able to get out for my walks these days but have a huge window of opportunity from 5 to around 8 and will start at WATP tomorrow. I promise! I also have BodyFlex still not used!

    (I must go up and down the stairs 25 times a day at His Majesty's gbeck and call. Does that count? I need to replace my pedometer.)

  • Sil, thank you so much for stepping up and taking charge! I have not left for my cruise but am up to my eyebrows in packing and out of town company, so I might as well be gone!

    You chicks keep up the good work, and I'll join right back in when I get back, okay? Be good for Sil and don't give her a hard time or there will be heck to pay, got it?

    I'll be around for a couple more days, and will check in as time allows. Be good, be healthy, be strong.....okay?

    hey there! i never did report back last week. i made my goal.
    this week i will try 4 - 20 minute walks.. i got one in today to get off to a good start.
