Well I lost 1.5 lb last night. Thought it might have been a little more but I am very happy with that. I'll have to update my November weigh in now on here.

To everyone else....Have a great day and I'll check back later on this evening. I have lots of housework to do today. I have the week off from work and I am using it to get a few things done around here that I have been putting off. Today is taking at the kitchen and rearrange a few things. We have been in the house for 8 months now but I never really got the Kitchen laid out exactly like I wanted. So I am changing a few cupboards and moving some stuff. I am also looking for some new valances for my two kitchen windows this week. The ones on them now are all white lace type and I want the same type but with a little bit of color so that you can actually see that there are curtains there. Right now the alls are white and so are the curtains so they kind of disappear.

Well, I guess I rambled enough!!! Back to the Kitchen!!!

Hi Ladies
How is everyone doing. Had a really busy week. At least a little slower today. Well tonight is weigh in night for me. Not looking forward to it. Got on the scales this morn. And showing a gain. That really bums me out. Have been good this week to. Even planned my eating for day trip we took. For open house I made low fat stuff. And watched my portions. So dont know what happened. So will see what the scales say tonight.
I will have to go and check the other threads and see how everyone has been doing. And what they have been up too. Still need to get some Avon delievered. But will try and finish that tomorrow. Have some errends to run tomorrow. Well just wanted to check in. Am thinking of all of you ladies. Have a great day.

Hello all, I had a good day also. I had an associate give me 3 boxes of pastries and I gave them all to the other officers. I did not eat any. And that was not easy. But I want to lose this weight more than I wanted them. Nothing else new.Same old same. Have a nice evening

How are you all tonight? I think I have had a good day. I have been busy all day and my eating has been OP.

It has been so warm here for the past week. But this afternoon, we had a cool front come through. No rain, which we really need, but the cooler weather is very nice. Still not cold, but in the 60's which is the way I like it.

This will be short...I have things I must do. But will check in tomorrow. Hope you all had a good day! Eleni, I'm proud of you.
Passing up sweets is hard for me to do.

Hi Ladies! I just wish life would slow down just for a split second to get everything caught up! I know if I do something extra one day I forget to do something else......LOL I try to get here everyday to at least check out the boards but don't always get to post!
