Just getting us started again!
My plan today is to go to the gym and do 35 mins on the Eliptical and 35-40 minutes of weights! I'll report in later to let you know how i did!

I have been exercising off and on for years, and I know what I can do..and what I cant! LOL I like the walking around the living room idea!
But I was working hard at my job (well my home job)
