Mushroom Pizza

  • This recipe sounds like it could be be SBD friendly:

    Mushroom Pizza

    4 portobello mushroom caps
    spaghetti sauce
    favorite pizza toppings

    1. Wash mushroom caps and let dry.
    2. Spray mushroom caps and heating tray with cooking spray.
    3. Place on tray with open end up.
    4. Layer sauce on cap and place your favorite toppings.
    5. Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 10-15 minutes.

    My ideas for pizza toppings: LF/FF mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, canadian bacon, olives, tomatoes, broccoli, extra lean ground beef, soy crumbles, etc.

  • Trader Joes carries a prepaid version and it is yummy
