I guess I have to be honest. The past 3 weeks I've been on a food and booze bender. All of my clothes are fitting alot tighter and I haven't had the nerve to step on the scale.
This being Monday morning I've decided this has to stop and I need a new beginning.
I bet I am back over 300. Give me one solid week of making the right choices/ exercise and I will weigh in and let you all know where I am.
