  • ugho, up another 1 lb on weigh in this am.. I am not pleased, However, its my tom if that is an excuse

    breakfast:
    coffee
    2 small pieces of oatmeal bread 3
    gouda cumin cheese 3/6

    lunch:
    one piece of bread 2
    bouchon de sancerre 3/11
    one asian pear 1
    just 2 pts 2/13

    dinner:
    mixed steamed veg 0
    chicken 2/15
    2/3 cup white rice 4/19

    just a nasty ww ice cream sammy (again, a temptation) 2/21
    tea

    snack:
    latte 2/23

    activity: gym -- 40 min ellilptical, weights 4
    vitamin-- si,si
    water -- not enough
