I noticed some say not to get the chewable calcium. My Dr gave me a bottle of calcium chewables that have Calcium citrate, is that better?

calcium CITRATE is fine. calcium CARBONATE is not. most of the chewables have the CARBONATE. a few have the CITRATE. and those are ok
