Hi all!
i am a 50+ SouthBeach ancient (since 2000) chick in need to get back on track after 2 very stressful years, in which (healty) meals were not first priority;
I don't need to loose a lot of weight - 4 or 5 kg - but I do have to loose at least 15cm off from my belly-pantry. So i am not going back to F1, just back to F2 to become more concious of what i put in my mouth.
Sorry for mistakes, English is not my mothertongue ;-)
