Taking breaks while exercising when carrying a lot of excess weight

  • Hi. I have been increasing my walking lately. I have several medical issues that require me to sit down when I walk at times. Ideally, I want to decrease the amount of time taking a break and walking straight through. I'd like to increase my stamina and speed.

    I posted here, because I wondered if anyone has been through this that carries an excessive amount of weight. I know I need to keep at it, otherwise, I won't improve.

    Any advice on what helped you to get through this tough period is appreciated. Thanks.
