    i’ll be away 10 days the middle of the month, but figured if I start off good, maybe I can stay that way & end the month good.

  • Welcome, WendyWants2Change! That technique works well for me. If I can establish a helpful pattern before a disruption, I can often maintain it through the disruption. Hope it works well for you!

    My intention is to maintain in the 82s. Since I'm slightly above that now, I'm setting a weight loss goal this month. It would be great to see the bottom end of the range!
