Hey everyone! I finally took the plunge and started the Paleo diet last Saturday. The weirdest thing? I woke up today craving roasted sweet potatoes instead of my usual cereal – didn’t see THAT coming! 😂
But seriously, Day 3 and my energy levels already feel more stable (no 3 PM crash!). Though I’m still figuring out quick breakfasts… any favorite Paleo-friendly grab-and-go meals?
Also – did anyone else experience weird cravings at the beginning? Would love to hear your stories!
