Started Paleo Last Saturday – Already Noticed Peculiar Change! Anyone Else?

  • Hey everyone! I finally took the plunge and started the Paleo diet last Saturday. The weirdest thing? I woke up today craving roasted sweet potatoes instead of my usual cereal – didn’t see THAT coming! 😂
    But seriously, Day 3 and my energy levels already feel more stable (no 3 PM crash!). Though I’m still figuring out quick breakfasts… any favorite Paleo-friendly grab-and-go meals?
    Also – did anyone else experience weird cravings at the beginning? Would love to hear your stories!
  • Keep snacks on hand , hard-boiled eggs, jerky, nuts
  • Neither did cows. 8000 years ago there were aurochs that are now extinct. Nothing is paleo. We're not in central Africa; food is completely different than it used to be. Also, cacao is not a legume. It's a seed. Do paleo how you want to do it. If you can afford grass fed meat, great. If you can't, do what you can. I choose to follow paleo very strictly and don't have nightshades, eggs, coffee or dairy. That's what my body can handle. I cheat with some 90% dark chocolate, but that's part of life..
