Intermittent fasting

  • Does anyone know the premise of intermittent fasting?
  • I heard about intermittent fasting and tried it once. To be honest, I didn't really like it, but it did work. I want to try the challenge after reading https://betterme.world/articles/30-day-chair-workout/ . I think I could stick to it and I understand that I would get my body in really good shape thanks to it.
  • the way i fast is to eat in a 8 hour window

    10 am 1 pm 4 pm

    then don't eat in 16 hour window

    this puts your body into fasting mode and helps lose weight
