Hi everyone! This thread is a continuation from previous years. I just am not ready to give up!
If anyone wants to join in post your goal and how you plan on achieving it.
I am starting at 180 and would like to lose a pound a week. That would put me at 130 by year end. Its doable, but I dont know if its doable by me. This is not my first try, but I would be happy if it was my last!
Because of my diabetes I try to follow a low carb diet.


I see you started a thread for this year so I thought I'd stop by. It's been a few months since I have checked in and I am happy to report I am basically the same weight!! It said I was 151 when I last reported. Today I was 153. For me the scale can go up or down two pounds in one day for seemingly no reason. My goal is to get and stay below 150 without feeling hungry. LOL
