I'm pretty fortunate, diet-wise: I have no choice but to bring my lunch to work. I teach preschool and we can't leave during lunch--so if I want to eat, I bring something!
I usually have heated-up leftovers from dinner the night before, a turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread, or the occasional frozen "diet" meal (Lean Cuisine, Smart Ones, etc). I try not to have those more than once a week, though--they're so high in sodium & not usually even that good!
Sometimes I have a piece of fruit to go with my meal.
