62 Kilos down 6 Kilos to go! Diary

  • I will be using this to track my daily goals and weight loss progress.
    I am aiming to lose 6 kilos with strength training and portion calorie control.

    My goals
    Reach daily step goal 10000 steps
    Workout 5 days a week with weights / resistance bands.
    Protein 100 grams a day min.
    Calories per day 1500

    Every day I will post and check if I met each goal. I will update my weight daily and share my progress and weight graph after I have enough data. My starting weight is 53 kilos. I will also be doing before and after photos so I can see the changes in my body over time.

    Off to a good start. Most of that loss is all the food I ate on a trip! I hope I can keep this up through Christmas and New Years.
