So I'm 45 years old now and I made it my goal to be FIT if not skinny. I have tried my whole life to attain the skinny girl look and have only had it once in my life dealing with bulimia.
So my FOCUS is to work out EVERY DAY. I don't do long stints but 5-15 min at a time.
i used to dread the workouts but now i find myself rearranging my day to get them in or being happy when I have the house to myself to workout or being with my mom and working out.
I have progressed from 2-3 times a week to 5-7 times a week.
