Hello - still doing good! I was hoping for some company since there were so many views! But I know it is a difficult program and not for everyone. But at least for me, the most difficult part was getting started! Now I am feeling better and I am already seeing results. Have a great day!

Hi! On a whim I figured I would check in and see what was happening in the IP world! How is your reboot going? I did IP for about a month (maybe 6 weeks) back in the spring and was able to lose 10-11#, which is exactly what I wanted to do. But then I had some health stuff, vacations, etc... and I haven't been able to get back on track. I was just counting and there are 5 weeks until US Thanksgiving and I was thinking about making a push to do IP again.

I would have to start after this weekend as I would need to get supplies, but it is totally doable. And as of right now, I don't really have anything planned until T-day, so the timing is really kind of perfect. Look at me, talking myself into it
