    Today was first of the month office stuff. I finished just in time to eat dinner and then go to Wednesday evening Bible study. No workout to report.

    Morning everyone.
    drove down to Branson again to pick up my sisters mail that they been holding. Didnt realize that I had to give a 24 hour notice . Live and learn. That's done.
    Weight is creepinng up. But im eating fast foods again. So that needs to stop.. I haven't been exercising either. Sigh, life goes on but I will exercise today

    Good afternoon! Did 2 miles Leslie Sansone this morning. Took the bus to a nearby community to power walk and run errands there. Had lunch when I got home. Put a load of laundry in the dryer when I got home. 😁🍁😷🦃
