  • Just popping in to wish everyone good luck this week. This week HAS to be better than last week. If its not I don't know whats wrong cuz I have been GOOD. I will keep my fingers crossed that I lose what it said I gained and hope fully a little more. Have a great week everyone.....Sis
  • Good luck to everyone at weigh-in.
    I stepped on my home scales and was up .5 lb. This is definitely due to water retention. I shouldn't even post it, I guess.

  • Well, I lost 2.75 of the 3 I gained last week so I am happy. I will do again this week what I did last week and see what happens. I want to hit ONE-derland!!! I will get there. Just 12 more lbs to go. and 6 to my 100 lbs. I CAN DO THIS!!! FAILING IS NOT AN OPTION!! Hope everyone has a great WI this week and a great week end.....Sis

    It has been a few weeks since I have been here. I lost 2.2 this last week . I have lost a total of 10 in the 5 weeks I have been going. I have been on the plan 2 other times ,but they say third times the charm. Starting wt. 205.8 /now 165.4/ goal 128

    I'll weigh on Thursday. I have a ton of water retention to get rid of before then. On our trip, I drank so many diet colas. It gave me the zip I needed then. Now, it's water, water, water.

    Yes, yes, yes, diet drinks with caffeine hold the water in ya. I've heard that for every diet cola, we should drink 2 glasses of water to counteract it.
