  • I am turning 30 today.....and I am so excited!!!
I was down and being all *****y but ya know what? I have decided not to dwell on the negative ( which is so unlike me,
I live for the negative ) because this is the year that I am going to lose all of my weight and get healthy!! I am at 223 now so this will take a while,,, I will most likely need all year and will be so happy when I turn 31 and am at my goal weight....scary 31
So I just wanted to post on my birthday and get that off my chest...
    So I feel better now.........
    HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME !!!
  • Happy Birthday!!!

Birthday's are like weight, it's only a number
  • Happy Birthday, Satine, and good luck this year!
  • You're only as old as you act.... for most of us, we're not out of our teens yet.
  • Happy Birthday....your doing great...

Just keep working hard, you'll meet your goal, and so what if it is 31... or even 32, enjoy yourself!!!
  • Happy 30th Satine!!!
  • Happy birthday Satine!
  • Thanks to all for the birthday wishes....I basically am coming off of a weekend where I ate whatever I wanted, and did also last night since my husband took me out....it was real hard not to get a big fatty breakfast this morning...the thought of going back OP is a little depressing but I got to get out of that frame of mind and get back on track...once I start losing again I will get more excited.....
  • HAPPY BIRTHDAY SATINE!!!!!!!
  • Happy Birthday!! All the best to you
  • Thanks Dentrassi and wsw !!!!
  • Happy, happy, happy birthday! I hope it's a delightful and enjoyable day for you!!!! :-D
  • Happy Birthday, Satine! Sorry I missed it! I hope you had a wonderful time. 30 is a wonderful decade!
  • Thanks HarmonyBreeze and Jennifer3FC - it was a good birthday, my husband took me out to one of my favorite places to eat and I totally pigged out....and had a couple of drinks to forget about the whole "30" thing...ha!
  • My friend told me when I turned 30 that Dick Van Dyke, such a wonderful tap dancer, didn't learn to tap until he was in his 30's.
That really helped me past the hump!
