Lose 20lbs-25lbs by March 5th, 2023

  • Hello everyone. Probably no one knows me here because I am brand new.
    I have been considering a diet for several weeks and I managed to lose 10 pounds without even trying.
    Today is my first real day on the diet, although peer pressure pushed me into cheating by a slice of Pizza, : /

    At the moment I way between 220lbs and 225lbs... My Mini Goal is to get down to 200lbs by March 5th, 2023....
    It seems impossible but I think I have good genes, the moment I start a diet I lose weight in the first week.

    I might not make my Goal, but I will be recording my weight every 3 days starting today (I will reply my new weight in this thread)

    At the moment, after eating Supper, I weigh: 225 lbs
    I weighed 220 lbs three or four days ago, so here I go : )
  • I have good genes too, I just can't do them up at the moment
