  • Good night! Didn't get a lot of power walking done but did have a busy. Spectrum was here this morning. I had a defective dvr with my TV in the living room. The techie replaced it. I also had problems with the TV in my bedroom. The cord to the TV needed to be reattached to the TV. He did that. He also tried the remote to the cable box. He told me that the batteries need to be replaced. He also asked if I had the remote that came with the TV. I said no. I told him the TV was originally my dad's when he was still living. I also told him that the assisted living facility never gave us the remote. I changed the batteries but the remote didn't work. I was going to call Spectrum but remembered there was another Spectrum remote in one of the drawers in the chest of drawers in mom and dad's bedroom. The TV in my bedroom and the one in mom and dad's bedroom are Vizios. There was a Vizio remote in the same drawer! I tried both with my TV and both worked!😃

  • Good morning! Had breakfast. Will go for a power walk and run errands in a few minutes. 😃

    Check-In: 6 hours helping move our Pastor from his apartment to his new RV at the church. This workout will continue on Thursday.

    Tomorrow is teaching and then church in the evening. I probably won't get a workout in. I was hoping this would be a calm week and I could go to the gym.
