How Is Your Weight Loss Journey Going

It's going great! I have plateaued at 149 lbs for the last 2-3 weeks, but it's not so bad. I've been getting compliments from family and friends which is really motivating!

Find a thread that interests you and tell us more about yourself, your history with weight, your eating style, your exercise, your problems with eating and your goals. That will make it easier to respond to your posts.

It's going well here, also. I'm down 81 lbs. Some of it for the second time (sigh) but I'm determined to make it stick this time!
