Hi Everyone! I am returning to this forum after many years. In 2011/2012 I went from 365 lbs. to 279 lbs. I contribute much of my success from the support I got from this forum.

I am back now having gained back 56 lbs. . I also need to get to 250 lbs. to have knee replacement surgery..

So I have returned and I am determined to get this weight down again. I am going to visit this forum regularly as it was a great support before.
