i remember ages ago, I successfully lost weight on this forum.
unfortunately after my Mum died in Dec 2019, and Covid hit, I became addicted to Uber eats and became a couch potato.
I even went past 108kg and became prediabetic!
it’s time to get this fat issue sorted once and for all, I know it’s going to take more than a year, I’ve let myself go so fat.
