What are you eating this Spring 2022 I Peeps?

    I want to continue this thread even though I eat very plainly! But I know there are a lot of good foods that are on protocol that I need to try. Hopefully others will find us and join in!

    B - Hot cocoa, coffee
    L - Premier protein drink. 2 c cucumbers, salt
    Sn - Bar
    D - 6 oz chkn breast, 2 c cabbage, oil
    Lots of water and vitamins

    L - 2 c cucumbers, 1/2 c tomato. salt
    Sn - Premier protein cake batter drink
    D - 6 oz ground beef, 2 c roasted asparagus, oil, salt
    Sn - Pure Protein Lemon bar, hot tea

    Hi, I'm new here. I appreciate the post. Have you tried (organic) celery juicing? I know it sound boring, but the results that I received were crazy. It's a natural dielectric and detox. I did it for 2 weeks straight. I lost a lot of excess water and actually felt so much better afterward.

    I think adding this to your meal plan may be beneficial if you are looking to reduce water retention naturally as part of your plan.

    P.S. If you have to eat while juicing, take 12oz in the morning and 12oz in the evening.

    D - 6 oz gr beef, roasted cabbage
    Sn - hot chocolate
    Vitamins, lots of water

    B - orange/vanilla protein drink (mixed the 2 together for 2 servings), coffee
    L - salad with 2 c cucumbers
    Sn - orange/vanilla protein drink
    D - 6 oz chkn breast, 2 c roasted cauliflower, oil
    Sn - choc mint bar, hot tea
    Vitamins, lots of water
