Lack of appetite?

  • Okay I am just full of questions tonight

    I am on day 7 of Phase I and for the last 2 or 3 days have no appetite - I have to force myself to eat my 5 meals a day - I am not sure if this is because the meals feel so filling to me because I am eating the right foods?

    The first 3 days were not like this I had cravings and was hungry and then once it passed I had no appetite

    anyone else feel a loss of appetite?

    Should I force myself to eat the snacks even though my stomach feels full?

  • Nubby, it'll pass, believe me. The same thing happened to me, and to some of the others here. Just don't starve yourself. You need to eat a full days worth of calories.
    But no, don't force yourself to eat.
  • nubby.. i agree dont force it i too felt that way i didnt force myself i just ate few bites if not real hungry ... iam on phase 2 i dont wiegh myself i go by feel and how i look so when we did our craft show last weekend it had been a few months since i saw these fellow crafters.. the first person who saw me says ohhh myyy you have lost about 40 pounds... NOT!!! but sounded good .. i loved it and then all wekend lots of great compliments one lady said ohhh you better not lose any more.. well i actualy no i have probably 10 or 15 to go and i certainly didnt lose 40 but i have lost some and i will keep going!!! but anyway that was nice cuz ya know how slow it comes off i wondered if i had lost enough someone would notice!!! fun!!! jules

    i honestly want this phase to pass quickly because i really am enjoying the foods i am cooking on this new woe and also i don't like to not get my full amount of calories in per day - i have a feeling my metabolism is already slower than molasses and i don't want to slow it down anymore
