I am on day 7 of Phase I and for the last 2 or 3 days have no appetite - I have to force myself to eat my 5 meals a day - I am not sure if this is because the meals feel so filling to me because I am eating the right foods?
The first 3 days were not like this I had cravings and was hungry and then once it passed I had no appetite
anyone else feel a loss of appetite?
Should I force myself to eat the snacks even though my stomach feels full?

Nubby, it'll pass, believe me. The same thing happened to me, and to some of the others here. Just don't starve yourself. You need to eat a full days worth of calories.
