Well now I'm at a standstill and not losing anything. But gained 3 lbs!
It's so frustrating. I don't know if I should start getting up early again and working out or not. I thought walking would help, but it seems to have slowed things down quite a bit. I also started Phase 2. And for lunches I am having a low fat turkey or ham sandwich on low carb bread with lettuce and cheese and nothing else. And for a snack I'll eat either celery with a lil bit of low fat peanut butter or my sugar free jell-o
I would really love to lose some weight before going to FL in December...but I know that'll be pushin it.
Any suggestions or anything would be gratefully appreciated
