    now i give the recipe how to make detox water from beetrrot.
    1. take 3 cups water
    2. mint leaves
    3. apple vinegar 3 spoons
    4. half lemon,
    5. fried beetroot
    mix water, mint leaves, apple cided vinegar, lemon pieces to the beetroot juice.
    filter it and drink.

    its better to drink in empty stomach in the morning.
