Do you have a specific time of day when you struggle?

  • I've been sticking to my diet fairly well, but I really struggle with intense cravings in the afternoon. Yesterday, I gave in and ate far more than I should have of calorie dense foods. Does anyone have any tips for dealing with daily cravings?
  • This is scaring me to my senses when it comes to my work... and my household budget. It's a good scare, and so very necessary. I have to move my to-do list to my Kodi
  • If you limit yourself, you only want to eat more junk food. Try to understand why you're eating it. Maybe it's a fight against stress, or you're in a bad mood. When I am sick, I eat more. That's OK. You don't need to be scared, just understand why you do this.
