    Tamilee Webb-10 minute standing stretch


    Wednesday: Crunch Fat Burning Pilates-42 minutes-a very different and enjoyable workout.




    Thursday: Firm Super Body Sculpt-Upper body
    Leslie Sansone Power Mile


    Friday: Minna Lessig Strength and Grace 45 m



    Saturday: Pick Your Spot Pilates-abs and buns sections
    Tamilee Webb standing stretch

    Monday - 30 minutes aerobics, 20 minutes toning

    Tuesday - 30 minutes aerobics, 30 minutes toning

    Wednesday - 30 minutes aerobics, 40 minutes yoga

    Thurday - 25 minute walk

    Friday - Nothing

    Saturday - Nothing
  • Sunday -- rest

    Monday -- video (30 minutes Tae Bo)

    Tuesday -- 40 minutes cumulative walking, 45 minutes resistance training, 15 minute elliptical trainer, 10 minutes stretching (we went to the gym -- can you tell?)

    Wednesday -- 40 minutes cumulative walking. -- 30 minute video (Pilates)

    SUNDAY - 35 minutes on exercise bike

    MONDAY - Rest day

    TUESDAY - Gym - 25 mins bike, 25 mins treadmill + weights

  • sunday - 18,125 steps!!! that included half day at marine world AND a salsa dancing night!

    monday - 1st part (cardio) of minna's emergency workout.
  • 3 circuits @ the gym last night.

    Wednesday - 30 min cardio (Curves)
    Thursday - 30 min cardio & 10 min toning
  • Today - 35 mins on the exercise bike.

    I am pretty pleased with myself as the bike is in my living room and my partner is asleep on the couch. The bikes quite noisy and I didn't want to wake him.......so I dragged that bike into the bedroom and did my workout! Yeah me!

    Mon-1 hour Yoga (Denise Austins Fat blasting Yoga)

    Tues-Gym 60 minute cardio(20 Bike, 20 Treadmill, 20 Elliptical), usual weights (30 minutes)

    Wed-1 hour Yoga (Denise Austins Fat blasting Yoga)

    Thurs-Gym 55 minute cardio(20 Bike, 15 Treadmill, 20 Elliptical), usual weights (30 minutes)

    Fri-DA's Daily workout (30 minutes)

  • Well I just got back from Memphis on Sunday. I immediately went back to work on Monday and Tuesday (12 hour shifts), and now I am just trying to rest up a bit before work this weekend. I have met my step goal of 10,000 + almost every single day, but I will definitely be back next week when I start BFL again.
