Happy February! Excited to start a new month. I'm doing the a "Miracle Morning" challenge for this month and planning for good results. Aiming to stay clean with nutrition and diligent with fitness. I've been traveling between Manhattan and NJ which means I get to work a bit harder to maintain good nutrition/fitness schedules. Core foundation pillars: 90-100oz of water, 30 mins of exercise per day, avoid sugar/dairy, no eating after 8PM.

Goal 1 - Under 140
Goal 2 - Under 130

It's sure pretty outside. We got over a foot of snow on LI, two snow days, and work from home on Wednesday! Crazy

i do love snow too though, so hiding a bit of jealousy as well
