    I am a heathy eating and fitness fanatic. The biggest and best thing I have ever done for myself began when I lost 70 pounds approximately 8 years ago by changing my diet and a 6 day a week exercise routine. I initially counted calories and did a myriad of activities, dance, yoga, Pilates, etc... In the past few years my focus has shifted to a healthier diet (quality rather than quantity) and running-which I am absolutely obsessed with.

    I am a licensed esthetician, so in essence I am a beauty product and sunscreen fanatic!

Because of this, I got better and so I decided it was time to start eating right.
