    Notes -
    I looked back at my yearly trends and saw that I was sitting around 138-140 at this time last year. Nothing to be alarmed about, but interesting to see that I was that low last year. I guess that proves that it is possible!

    I just started again. Eat less, don't exercise, lose weight. I don't get it. When I was at 20k steps per day, I didn't lose weight. Hah. I'm trying to stay around 1400 cal and around 100g net carbs, but it's been more like 130 g.
